I will always be endeited to Morgan and Morgan, everyone has been personably caring and extremely patient with me. They have calmed my nerves more than I care to admit and have definitely gone above and beyond. They are very thorough with the vast knowledge and resources they have. Morgan and Morgan are caring and compassionate individuals whom are more like a family than my own. God bless this family with good fortune and I always protect them and theirs. I reached out to this firm after reviewing their website, which suggested they handle diminished value claims. Based on that, I took the time to complete their online contact form with detailed case information. It became clear that no one actually reviewed the information I submitted until halfway through a conversation when I called. The following day I got a voicemail asking me to call back, but the person who left the message spoke so unclearly that it was difficult to even understand what they were saying. They also called me twice the next day, which was a Saturday. When I finally called back on Sunday, the person I spoke with had no context for my request or the information I had already provided. Only midway through the conversation did they finally review my case details. After putting me on hold, they came back and told me that diminished value claims are not something the firm typically handles, and they referred me to the Alabama Bar Association. Unfortunately, when I contacted the Bar Association, the voicemail box was full and I was unable to even leave a message. This entire experience was frustrating and a waste of time. The website led me to believe they would help with diminished value, but the reality was very different. The lack of review of the detailed information I provided, the confusing communications, and the final dead-end referral left me disappointed. I would strongly encourage this firm to update their website to more accurately reflect their services and to improve their intake process so people don’t go through the same experience I did.

It only took 4 month to sign off on my settlement, Progressive paid me full amount of their cap. My attorney Matt Richardson and his staff did a FANTASTIC job. Matt and his staff were patient with me when I asked questions.Hopefully I will not have to use them again, but if I need to, I know who to call.

So far this is a long time coming not just me. This is also for the millions of us living on the food only affordable. This food should be just as nutritious and not harmful. Thank you for this fight for our lives. Diabetes does not run anywhere in my family. Now I am a diabetic. My liver is in danger and my A1-C is also due to this fat liver disease. Attorney, Juan Ortega, with M & M is fierce. People usually don't want an attorney because they aren't that type of person or they feel its a unfair money grab (theft). Well, the insurance company is NOT your friend, They do NOT care about you or fairness. You have already suffered a loss and they want to prevent your recovery. They want you to just go away for the least amount they can. YOU NEED an attorney like Juan Ortega to force the other side to be fair. There nothing wrong with hiring a professional to navigate the complexity of legal affairs. We all use a surgeon when we have medical needs, why wouldn't you use a skilled attorney? Yes, the attorney has a steep fee. But, the amount we collected even after the steep fee was many multiples of the original offer we had recieved. A good attorney protects you, fights for you, and wins much more than you might ever have been able to do on your own.

Felt like I was rushed to fill out the forms when i had questions to ask. When i asked about filling out my third party authorization i was told just fill out the forms. Don’t know if i made a good decision going with Morgan and Morgan. We’ll see how this case goes and i’ll give an update.
