I visited Genting casino today and yesterday and last week I been a member hear for 13years, Every time I visit this casino I always lose on roulette never get a spin it’s so fixed I don’t mind losing hundreds of pound I wanna get a spin enjoy my self I will never go here again avoid this place if you want to lose your money..

Nice place for a venue staff are friendly
We went to the casino at 2.30pm. Only 1 roulette was open & upon asking for a blackjack to be opened was informed it would be about an hour. This despite the website advertising table games available from 2pm. We left & drove the 400 yards to Rainbow casino where all games were available. I would not go there again.

Absolutely lovely place. Made my birthday so special. Staff were so nice and friendly. Girls at the front desk were very kind and helped us through membership, bar staff were friendly and welcoming, and the manager went above and beyond. Five out of five, would reccomened.
