The venue has been refurbished recently and now resembles a much more premium feel to it. There are friendly on hand to assist and drinks/snacks are available for free. It is sleek and modern inside and has 2 floors with a variety of different machines to choose from. Overall would recommend.
One of the best Venues. Friendly staff who welcome you with hot drink. Games are games. Either you enjoy it or you hate it. What's matters the most is attitude. Thread others like you want to be treated
Forget about all the bad casinos you've seen in your life. This is the worst casino in the whole world. Please don't waste your money. The busiest casino. The most fraudulent casino.
Merkur slots is a 1/5 5/5 star casino but I suppose it's a nice place to hang out still a 1 star probably a 5star but go there make your own mind decided I would go there
Staff have no customer experience, will make you gamble until you've lost all your money spent over 6 hours and over £1000 in one session and not once approached by any staff member to see if I was OK, they don't care as long as you are feeding the machines
Won £55.59 when i spent £2.50 now I'm scared to come back
Sunday 1pm, doors locked no signs, on busiest shopping day of week. It's a guessing game why the store was closed in the middle of the day. But then again several Mercur stores just randomly close when they feel like it, with no notices advising customers why. So I took my £2000 to Mecca Bingo instead and won double! Thanks Mercur xx
