They are money grabbers!The furniture is sub standard and very cheaply made!Missing parts! Damaged on delivery! Flimsy and colour matching awful!Staff were rude to my elderly mother!The sales person is not even slightly interested in helping when you enter the store and leaves you waiting for 20 minutes in limbo after asking for assistance!Promise the world and deliver lies for a sale!Paid for fitting and that was done awful with misaligned doors and drawers that don't pull out far enough!Delivery drivers useless! And no care in how they being the furniture into your home and damaging the furniture, making us wait another 2 weeks for it!Don't answer phone calls and leave you no option other than to go back to their store in Tysley as an inconvenience to yourself and also to bully you face to face! The woman who worked on the phone' when they did answer' was awful and very very rude in both her manners and also her unhelpfulness, seriously not taking any accountability in rectifying their mistakes!Levines really are a terrible place to buy furniture, avoid! READ THE OTHER REVIEWS to see it's a running trend from this cowboy of a company!

My elderly mom and dad ordered a 3 piece suite from here, and they were told 4-6 wks. They sat on garden chairs waiting for their sofa to arrive, and after 8 weeks, still no delivery. We tried to call for 2 wks, every day, numberous times, and not once did anyone answer.I even called another store, and they answered straight away and told me they would email the store and get them to call me straight away.No call.In the end my brother had to go to the store and ask what was going on!The sofa was then delivered the following wk.It was only a 2 seater and 2 chairs, and the delivery men basically didn't give a s*** in regards to my parents' decor etc. They banged the suite through the door, taking chunks of the paintwork.Do not order from this company!!! The customer service is the worst I have ever come across from a company, and the whole experience has really upset my parents.The so-called delivery men, well, It must have been their first time!!A total shambles from start to finish.LEVINES YOU ARE DISGRACEFUL!

Today i went out with my 84 year old mom to find a tradition sofa. We visited many show rooms but when we visited Lavinia, it was a different level. Plenty of choice , competitively prices and the sales person Max was simply amazing. Max was understanding, helpful, knowledgeable & friendly to the point we ordered a 3 seater sofa & 2 chairs. My friends & family have ordered from Levines in the past, the quality has been exceptional. I would highly recommend Levines store & will for sure use in the future. Love the fact this is still a family run business that care. Thank you Mandy

Have recently purchased a couple of wardrobes from here. Our sales chap was very attentive and friendly. Prices were very reasonable. Will more than likely end up buying the reclining sofa we all tried sitting on whilst in the store. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the market for home furniture and carpets.
