Really comfy bar stools with swivel which was essential for us; we didn’t want the big metal bases so these are ideal. Perfect height for our new breakfast bar. Super quick delivery and very simple to put together. Love them!

The website and service we received was excellent. The range of bar stools was extensive and full and accurate details were provided online. We also telephoned for additional information and received very good and helpful advice. The next day delivery went well and everything was exceptionally well packaged. The instructions were very easy to follow and needed no other tools. The bar stools look great and have been excellent in use. Highly recommended.

More than disappointed presently with Atlantic shopping. Very good delivery service but the Reef stools I ordered were described as having a solid wood frame in an Oak finish and the pictures are edited to remove the cheap looking Plywood they are actually made of. They have now charged me £45 for returning them despite not being as described. I will post daily updates as they respond to my requests for a full refund

These are well made and very comfortable stools ideal for the kitchen. They are quite heavy which shows their quality and the finish is excellent nice leather seats and metal frames. Easy to assemble and come very well packed. They were delivered the following day so no waiting about

Alex and James delivered our new bed this morning after giving us a call 1/2hr before they arrived, they were true to their word and arrived on time. They were courteous, polite and friendly and asked if they should remove their shoes on entering my house. They were quick and efficient in removing our old bed and just as quick with the new one. Asked me to check when they had finished which I did and was very happy with their work. Highly recommend these 2 lads. Service from Cooke’s themselves was first class.

We purchased a “stressless” leather 3 piece suite from Cookes. The salesperson. Joanna, was extremely good at helping us to make a final decision after showing us several possible choices and explaining the details of each one. The delivery staff, Andy and Abe, were very efficient and careful when bringing the suite into the house. The quality of the furniture is 1st class. Again, Andy and Ade were courteous and very helpful. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Cookes.

Lovely showroom. We saw the suite we liked very early on and with the help of Paul we decided on fabric choice. No sales pressure just left alone to choose with assistance when we needed it.
Furniture came in for delivery faster than quoted and delivery date arranged.
Delivery drivers Phil and James were excellent, the suite didn’t touch the sides, placed in our lounge in the position we requested, feet attached and job done.

We ordered 3 single beds and a double bed. Jay was very helpful in bed and mattress selection and always responsive to phone calls.

Ordered our Garden Furniture today and they called me up to deliver it for Wednesday, but they managed to squeeze it in same day. From order to deliver was around an hour, honestly probably one of the best services I’ve ever received.

Really disheartened to see that the flat pack furniture is not labelled, so unfortunately you will need to pay extra for the fitting! Also there were footprints all over the cupboard and a broken door mirror. Which was sad, as the quality of the furniture is actually really solid and we purchased it at a good price. At first, the staff did not handle our complaint well and kept rudely talking over us, shouting, and cutting the phone!

However the manager came out personally to deliver the new door and to apologise, which we really appreciated, and he assured us he will speak to his staff and the supplier regarding the lack of labelling and handling (broken mirror).

Excellent service! Can’t fault them. Went in store to select a sofa they were patient with me as I was very indecisive with the selection process (I went to the store 3 times). Finally decided. Sadly due to busy Christmas period the sofa took a while to come. But I was updated throughtout and as soon as they had received the sofa at the store they got it to me by 1pm. Drivers were so nice. Great customer service over the phone on any occasion I called to ask questions. Dave was polite and arranged the delivery of my sofa. They 2 guys that delivered my sofa done this with great care and in a quick manor. AND FINALLY the sofa ! I had the Molly corner sofa with pullout bed and lots of storage. Worth every penny. we absolutely love the sofa and I think the photos need to highlight the graphite colour more in detail as its stunning. Friends and family have all complimented my sofa. I went to the store a few months ago looking for bar stools and dining chairs for my new extension, which was being built. I absolutely loved the store, it is full of beautiful furniture for every room in the house (I could spend days whole day in there just looking around !)
Chris, the manager, spent absolutely ages with me, asking lots of questions and patiently showing me all the options, and letting me try them out for comfort. He also gave me some great ideas too.
I left with his business card and called him today, Chris remembered me and was really helpful in taking the order over the phone and arranging delivery to suit my schedule .

I’ve been a customer of Cousins for some years and have excellent service, especially from Lee. Sofas are especially high quality with a wide range of price and options. It’s especially helpful to have such a wind range on display so you can try them out. This beats online retailers. I think quality is generally better than more budget focused stores.

Horrifying experience. Not only did the delivery team ruin our wooden floor, but the quality of the sofas is appalling. The built-in storage have cracks in them from excessive force when screwing in to place and someone the recliner seats are not even aligned. This is what you get for £2400.

Update. The installers denied they caused the damage (suprise, surpuse) and i have been offered £150. What a joke you truly are DFS.

All sofas are made to order , only one thing which needs to be improved is waiting time for your order to be delivered.

We went to DFS the first time and Remi answered all our questions and was very friendly. The second time we visited on 31st of August we came to DFS to buy the plush corner sofa the lady and the man who helped us were super friendly and gave us the best advice and we would highly recommend! 10/10 for the team!

I recently purchased a sofa bed and a footstool from DFS, the sale and the sale team was nice and fine, i then waited a few weeks to get my sofa, when the delivery guys came they literally banging the sofa around in the lorry, when they came they put the sofa where i wanted, once they left i checked the sofa bed and it would not pull out, i called DFS on the same day and they said they would call me back. The next day i got a call back saying i have to wait another 8 days for someone to come have a look at the sofa. I asked if i could get the sofa under warranty as i didnt know previously that the sofa would get thrown around like it did and i believe it definitely has been damaged internally. The lady on the phone (Birmingham DFS Manager) claimed the service engineer will open up the sofa and check if everything is okay. I would have believed this if i was 10 years old. They do not want to take any accountability and said they cannot offer a warranty either or replace the sofa. I was extremely unhappy with their service but DFS aftercare team are awful and unwilling to understand my complaint. I will never advise or use DFS again. DO NOT USE DFS. GO TO A CHEAPER PLACE INSTEAD I PAID ALMOST £2000 for this awful service.

FOAM USED WAS VERY SUBSTANDARD-could not last after warranty period.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the recent experience I’ve had regarding your product. Frankly, I feel that I have been misled and cheated.

It is extremely disappointing to see that the product has started to fail almost immediately after the 2-year warranty period ended. This strongly suggests that the item was manufactured with a lifespan just enough to cover the warranty, without any genuine commitment to long-term quality or customer satisfaction. Such practices are deceptive and unethical.

I invested in this product with the expectation of reliability and durability, not something that would conveniently break down the moment the warranty expires. This experience has severely damaged my trust in your brand and raised serious concerns about your quality control and integrity.

I demand a proper investigation into this matter and a resolution that reflects fair treatment of your customers. I expect either a full repair, replacement, or reimbursement, regardless of the expired warranty, as the timing and nature of this failure clearly point to a deeper issue.

I hope to receive a prompt and fair response. .

Today I bought 2 beds from J.D furniture and a standing mirrors brilliant service would recommend to buy from them.

AVOID – SCAMMERS & LIARS.
Purchased a trampoline for my daughter’s birthday 29th July then was told that they didn’t actually have it in stock and they would refund me.
Chased up over and over again and they kept telling me that the refund had been issued and sending screen grabs of fake refund documents but still nothing.
Finally opened a dispute with my bank and then HSBC told me that they had issued the refund 8th August after being chased by them. I now have to wait until 13th August for the funds to hit my account and my daughter won’t have a birthday present on time.

Bought a single fold-out bed I saw advertised via fb marketplace, from JD Furniture. It was £90 cheaper there than the same style and colour available from a highstreet brand. Great quality, no imperfections. Communication was good on messenger (although I didn’t get an answer from the phone number given) Service in store was friendly and relaxed. Happy with purchase.

I purchased a 3+2 recliner set about 18 months ago. The stitching on 2 of the recliners started to come undone. When I called them out about it they said it was my fault and wouldn’t fix it. Since then the 2 seater is totally broken and I now have to buy new sofas! I would NEVER use them again. We had a new carpet at the same time and the fitters were SO rude they literally had me in tears! I’d have given no stars if I could

Basically we liked another set of Sofa from bfs and then on our way of confirming the order next day, we visited Levines just to see whether there was any we liked, just in case… And we found something that was way much better than our expectations here though it was more expensive as well. Overall, it was a real good buy.

Appalling customer service, gave them exact measurements and they still gave me a sofa too big. When trying to contact them, they completely ignore and deny. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS,ONCE FHEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE

i don’t no about everyone how their experience go I went in here for the first time checked almost everything lot of things there’s all type of furniture so it’s like a maze but I found something I loved which was a recliner sofa very comfortable an does what you need it to do like I said they have all different types so choose which suits you best from size and price range I’m happy with my purchase the delivery guys got everything in nice and tidy set it up and let us know aswel if we’re dissatisfied or anything you can call back to the store so overall very nice experience like I said I can’t speak for everyone this is my personal experience of my first time here.

We ordered a replacement sofa for mom and after a long wait we finally got it delivered this morning. They are really very plush and comfortable and the reclining feature will come in useful. After a long time in the showroom we got a really good deal on this sofa set. It was worth the wait. I want to give a big shout out to the two delivery men who not only set up the sofas but also removed the old ones for us. They both deserve big tips.Thank you guys !

I was looking for amazing wardrobes, and Lee Longlands in Birmingham was just the ticket, they had a good number of modern and stylish models available in many sizes and finishes, the member of staff in bedrooms was very helpful and knowledgeable, I will be going back to buy one

Ordered a table and chairs last August 2024 in Derby, quality product, it was eventually delivered in November 2024 ( white glove service ) who failed to put the table together properly resulting in not being able to able to open the extendable sections, after a lot of communication on our part and very little from Lee Longlands, we were eventually told in January 2025 we would receive a new dining suite, march came and no suite as promised, May 2025 another promise still nothing!!!
Eventually we received our dining suite in June 2025 (as they only deliver to Derby on certain days) Unbelievable after all the the upset , time endured trying to get answers, time off work to try and rectify problem and not a single apology or offer of compensation ( that was offered in November 2024)..
Sadly would never use this company again..

Exceptional quality beds and bedroom furniture at Lee Longlands on the Lower Ground floor, lots of different styles and finishes offered and the service is top notch.

Just had two settees, and table and ottoman delivered by Tony and Will and they were brilliant. Nightmare for them trying to move the three seater settee into the front room but they managed it really well. Ron at Abingdon was brilliant as well, and the customer service team seem really nice. Would absolutely recommend Lee Longhands.

Purely for the welcome, amazing selection and relaxed sales approach. Four floors (incl beds, rugs and carpets) of a terrific selection of furniture, all very good quality and very good prices. We were offered a drink and there was helpful knowledge provided when needed. We aren’t quite in a position to purchase but when we are, we will certainly return. Time and time again my family and I have returned to leelong lands . I have always purchased with full confidence. At sale times there some real bargains to. Caters for all styles and taste.

Some really good pieces of furniture in this shop – we’ve walked past it many times but were quite impressed when we finally had a reason to go in. Customer service is fine, although the only issue we had was a delay in delivery, but this is due to the many distributors and companies that Lee Longlands work with (more of a chain/communication/logistics issue depending on where the stock is). Whenever I gave them a call they would do their best to follow up. If you don’t mind a slight wait for a better quality item, I would recommend it. If timing is an issue for you, you might want to check out other options.
