The locking mechanism in our front door had broken, leaving our home unsecure. From booking to completion, the service I received was brilliant, fast and efficient. The lady booking me in over the phone was very helpful and friendly and the gentleman who came and replaced the parts was also friendly and knowledgeable. Would 100% use again if needed and would definitely recommend!

Amazing service ... very easy to book and attended within a couple of hours to fix my lock. Joe the guy that came out was very polite and did the work efficently. Even came back a couple hours later to make a slight change to the installed lock. Couldn't recommend enough.

Steve from Lockfit arrived on time and offered solutions that would not damage the door and match the current style, even though it meant repeat visits for him as he tried to get the exact fit and style of lock for me. He was clear on prices from the start and successfully solved the main issue.

Needed my front door to be made fire safe. Simon came out and completed the works and cost very reasonable and competitive. There was an issue with the lock not closing so Simon promptly came back and sorted it. Friendly and efficient. Would definitely use again.
