This place deserves 5 stars and nothing less. Helped fix my car key after it had broken. Staff were lovely and welcoming and repaired my key very well. Very happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend C&T locksmiths for anyone looking to repair keys.

When you have a car key remote failure you need a quick but dependable solution – my experience with C & T is that you get both and far more besides. The owner and staff are genuine, honest and very knowledgeable folk, who are very straight forward in there quotes. They are not anyway near as expensive as a main dealer (especially Volkswagen) and they are clear with the fact that they are using aftermarket parts – but you do pay for their knowledge, skill and equipment.
Very pleased with their service as I walked in with a problem and left with a complete solution ; thanks guys.

Absolutely amazing service! I was locked out of my property, called at 6:30pm and I was in within the hour! Val was so friendly, knowledgeable and upfront about work and prices. He explained the issue once solved and even offered to remove the faulty lock.

Contacted Val Regarding needing new locks on our front door and back door. Brilliant communication throughout. Arranged a time Val turned up inspected the locks that needed changing and explained any additional work he needed to do. Unfortunately the front door lock was an old style so he had to do a bit extra work but end finish was brilliant. Faultless quick and efficient service would highly recommend.

The locking mechanism in our front door had broken, leaving our home unsecure. From booking to completion, the service I received was brilliant, fast and efficient. Steve from Lockfit arrived on time and offered solutions that would not damage the door and match the current style, even though it meant repeat visits for him as he tried to get the exact fit and style of lock for me. He was clear on prices from the start and successfully solved the main issue.

Needed my front door to be made fire safe. Simon came out and completed the works and cost very reasonable and competitive. There was an issue with the lock not closing so Simon promptly came back and sorted it. Friendly and efficient. Would definitely use again.

Gabby was amazing , we called him around 8pm after 10 minutes he arrived our property.
The door was not shutting properly , was very stiff. Gabby fixed it as better as he could and didnt charge for calling out fee or not any hidden costs. He is such an honest and hard working person.

We were locked out with our key jamming in the lock, had a quick worried google and found DGM had really great reviews. Visited Google to find a locksmith for a close relative who lives in the Birmingham area. This is the one I came across and opted for after seeing the reviews.

I can confirm from my own experience that most of these reviews are fake as my experience with Usman was not like anything like the aforementioned reviews.

He gave me a guide price, time and date on when he’ll come and kept me waiting all day. After the day had surpassed he then sent me a message stating he lost track of time and wanted to come another time. No apologies or anything and not even a phonecall to explain himself.

I opted to get another locksmith as I had to head back out of Brum so had to pay extra to get the job done. The job this other person did was brilliant and they came down within 30mins. Shop around people and don’t fall for these suspicious 5 star immaculate reviews. Many are from friends and family and the rest are fake accounts.

Around 6 months ago I called this locksmith to open my house door as I ended up locked out, it was obvious he was in bed asleep but he made his way to me in 30 mins and got me in to my house, the price was cheaper than everyone else. Since then I’ve called him over to change my house locks aswell as do some repairs at my parents house. He’s always on time and his prices are cheaper than everyone else. The works seems good too, no problems with anything yet and hopefully it stays that way

BMW 3series-2 Key Fobs new style!
My first time using a mobile locksmith and I must say I was so impressed by this particular company..The gentleman over the phone was so polite and professional and definitely prided himself in delivering a bespoke personal service. I’m very fussy on the minor details and the gentleman was very accommodating and provided us with the new style fobs and right colour combo. The communication was consistent from the first time I called through to the end. I ordered 2 keys and had one existing key blade cut(inc new ones). They also picked my existing lock to cut my blades in the first place which is more work. The gentleman and his colleague just got on with the job and were very pleasant. They have all their own kit inc their well kept van. They turned up when they said they would and just made the whole process so easy. They have a customer for life in me and I will always make sure I recommend them to others because they’ve earned my trust and respect! Oh and their pricing is very competitive whereas the bricks and mortar stores just wanna rip you off! They also do domestic locks as well so be sure to contact them for a quote! I would highly recommend. Less then 10 minutes of me calling the van was pulled up outside and then the job was done within the hour. It’s wasn’t an easy job my back door was jammed shut due to the mechanism breaking inside.
