The punctuality of the service is excellent as is the comfort of the vehicles. Drivers are also polite and courteous. However, one customer was disabled which was specified at the time of booking- the vehicles did not cater to his needs and were high up- no ramp provided and very difficult to manoeuvre my father in to the vehicle and very hard to get him out.I had to help him do it which was hard for me with a full family too. I would have expected some assistance considering we had mentioned he was disabled at the time of booking.
