I had an amazing experience with Abdin as my chauffeur driver! He was an absolute pleasure to be around – super friendly and made our 1-hour journey to the airport feel seamless. Nothing was too much trouble. Sajad was early to pick us up from Corwall he gave me a curtesy call to advise of his arrival. He took our suit cases and loaded them to or limousine. The car was immaculate with headphones for individual listening Sajad was funny witty and a good laugh. He stopped with no complaints for my brother copious toilet breaks as my brother Sean has had kidney issues. Sajad was like he was our personal chauffeur. Your company I can not praise enough from the discount I got the beautiful Mercedes S class . Yes you do feel like royalty people look a weep I loved it worth the money and it was a true highlight of our trip to Cornwall for my brothers 60th and as I had open heart surgery in June 2025 it was grand to travel.in true style and comfort. Poor service and getting worse. Only at Birmingham is Emirates so terrible. Avoid if you can. Apparently passengers had to wait for cars to come as not enough parking bays. Not sure what the z4 drivers stood around were actually doing then. Main person needs to look at who has no luggage and hand luggage only and will be out first.

Abdin was an exceptional chauffeur. The car was in pristine condition and thoughtfully stocked with water, hand sanitizer, chocolates, and mints. His attention to detail is outstanding. The hour-long drive flew by with soothing classical music in the background, allowing me to relax and even drift off until we arrived home. Abdin went above and beyond by carrying my very heavy luggage up the stairs—a true gentleman. A flawless experience from start to finish. 5+ stars!

Hired the party bus for a prom. Prestige drive really went above and beyond for us as this was a last minute booking due to previous company letting us down.
Driver Said Khan was patient and very well mannered while we waited for all the guests to arrive and then supported to connect their music via Bluetooth. He arrived early and ensured there were no delays. All children arrived to the prom safe and sound and had a really good experience. The party bus itself was clean and very fresh. Will be using again in the future for more proms.

I would highly recommend this service. Spotlessly clean car. Courteous driver arrived few minutes ahead of time. Helped with loading luggage. Maintained a smooth and safe journey from Solihull to Heathrow Terminal 4. The whole journey was so comfortable and even bottled water was provided. The company also provided clean good quality car seats and booster seats for my 8 year old and 4 year old.

Great thing about this company is the readily available trip cost on the website. Drivers details are sent in advance and the business responds to messages really promptly. I would definitely use this company again. I was very pleased with the service I received. My driver was on time both going to my destination and back home again the following day; in fact he was a little early the following day which suited me. My driver was very polite and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at any point during my journey which I appreciated. He loaded the car with my heavy items I was taking which was an extra bonus. I recommend using this company if you’re travelling long distance. Travelling back home I found out the car being used was a better car than the one I had chosen but for the same price which was a nice touch. This is the second year in a row that I have used Sutton Executive Cars for my trips to and from London. Ibby has always been helpful in assisting me as both trips were not straight forward. Both this year and last I had Raja as my driver. Great guy to travel with and beautiful, clean vehicle. I find there pricing for what they offer to be great. They are my first call when planning a trip in the area.

Excellent service. Driver arrive promptly to take us to the airport, vehicle was very comfortable and journey smooth and seamless. Journey home was equally great even though it was very early in the morning our driver was there waiting for us. On both trips our luggage was handled for us and stored away. Value for money is excellent as it eliminates train costs and overnight hotel visits, and also eliminates the fuss of connecting services and transporting luggage around. Communication throughout was excellent and any changes required were actioned quickly and with no fuss. Will be using again.

I booked this for my wife and carer who has always wanted to have a ride in a car with class and style. The chauffeur called Mo could not have met her needs anymore. He was so kind, caring and compassionate. He even played her favourite music ABBA. My wife does have care needs and as such this was a dream come true. She does have a kind of bucket list and this was one of her wishes. She enjoyed it that much how could I refuse what Mo had achieved and put a smile on her face beaming from ear to ear so a return journey was booked. I took photographs and this will give us all memories to look back on. We will from now on recommend and use Ultimate Executive Drive from now on. Great business where its clientele comes first. I haven’t used taxis for a while, so a recent trip for hospital surgery prompted my research into the best, most reliable company I could find for this time sensitive journey. I contacted many local companies with “good” reviews, often to find phones not answered, voice mails not replied to and some companies who couldn’t cope with an unknown pickup time for the post surgery trip.
Platinum were different from the get go. All communication with the company was either answered immediately, or on one occasion a return call was received within a few minutes. Their website offered a simple, competitive, cost estimate for the round trip, with the ability to choose the comfort level you wished to pay for. When I telephoned the office to query the situation regarding my pick up after being discharged, I was informed that this was no problem and all I would need to do was inform the office/driver once I knew the collection time I required.
Ibrahim was an excellent ambassador for the company, arriving punctually in a clean Mercedes E class. He had an excellent knowledge of the road system, drove safely and worked his way around a major sporting activity on that day, ensuring that I arrived promptly.
On the return trip, he had adjusted the seat so that I had extra leg room in the rear, without any prompting from me, which was a thoughtful touch. His polite and informative conversation was interesting and flowed easily, making the journey pass quickly.
I have no connection with this company, but can offer my unreserved recommendation for them. Any future journeys that I need transport for will be with Platinum. Thank you very much for your support from everyone that I dealt with at what was a personally stressful time for me.

I cannot fault this company. From booking, to answering emails,the arrival of the limos on time in the designated place ( a field). Both drivers were friendly and brilliant with the children.
Another company for another group of children- the limo did not turn up. The organisers had really poor outcome with the company.

Hi Everyone. We wanted to surprise our daughter on her 14th birthday with something speciel. We hired an 8 seater Baby Bentley Limo what was luxury. There were lights and soft drinks in and you could connect to the limo’s hifi system via Bluetooth to play your own music.

My query was handled with ease, from the initial phone call to my visit in person and the end result. Hired a Rolls Royce for my wedding and when speaking on the phone to the staff could tell this place is full of professionals. I felt at ease straight away. Pricking structure is great and well worth it. I then went to the visit and was met by a bunch of lovely people. Allowed me to take a look at the cars available and what a beautiful fleet it is too, a top range of top spec well looked after vehicles, i was then taken upstairs to the waiting area was offered a hot/cold drink. Office space is modern ( I loved the feature wall). And come D day, lol. The driver dressed as a true professional was early knocked, and the door introduced himself. The car was nice and clean, and the chaps driving could not be faulted. I had a nice chat on route to the venue with him. This is the place for your chauffeuring needs great people, good customer service, beautiful vehicles. True professionals. Highly recommended.

Used this company for my wedding car. Our Driver (Fizzy) was early and so helpful throughout the whole day. It was a comfortable drive to the venue and he didn’t rush us at all. The car was super clean and nice. The driver came back and took us back to the house, he stayed extra time for us and even took photos for us. Definitely would use again.

If you’re looking for a cheap place to hire your wedding cars this is the definitely the one. My big day was ruined by these guys. Their sales staff were completely misleading. When we discussed the cars and decor in the offices, everything seemed great. But on the day the cars turned up without any decoration and drivers were very pushy on timings (even though we discussed that timings on the day may vary in the office) plus my wedding car was damaged from the back and hadn’t been cleaned. Their driver and staff who were on the phone were very uncooperative on the day, thankfully my brothers kept me out of it until after the wedding was over. Very disappointed but also makes sense as pay cheap and get cheap service.

Used for my sons prom. They advised us that they pick up, drive around for an hour then drop them at their location. When the driver was picking them up he asked what time they had to be there. We asked if he could let the boys know when he was half an hour away from the venue so we could all drive over to see them coming out of the car and get photos. (As this is the whole idea of having a stretched car.) THE DRIVER ACTUALLY DROPPED THEM OFF 15 MINS EARLY SO WE COMPLETELY MISSED IT.!!!!! It wouldn’t have been so annoying if we didn’t (3 sets of parents had the same conversation with the driver) have the conversation where HE asked what time to be there. Basically we paid for a very expensive ‘taxi’ When I called to speak with the manager he said ‘you just get an hour’. NOBODY EVER SAID THAT WHEN IT WAS BOOKED AND THE DRIVER SURE AS HE’LL DIDN’T CLARIFY THIS. Furious is an understatement. He was so incredibly rude. DO NOT USE THESE IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR ONE OFF SPECIAL OCCASIONS WITH YOUR CHILDREN RUINED.

Arrived over 45 minutes late to collect our children from last day at school. When we rang to see where they were 10 minutes after they should of arrive bed they had apparently had a puncture and were 10 minutes away! 30 minutes later when they did turn up inside was filthy car had wedding bows on doors and no sign of a repaired tyre and there was a brand new spare on the back!
The office offered a £50 reduction but when driver arrived he would only accept the reduction if the boys only had a 15 minute ride! After paying full balance the boys eventually had a 30 minute ride as we apparently wasted 10 minutes taking photos.
The drivers attitude was disgusting and basically said I don’t need this if you don’t want to pay get the kids out!
I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone
