I joined so that I could get in shape for my wedding, but I also wanted to generally feel healthier. I lost weight and gained muscle really easily over the 3 months, the diet plan is so simple and easy to follow, I never felt hungry or like I was depriving myself. Adele also adapted everything to be vegan for me including suggesting the best supplements to buy. Haider was so kind and motivating during the training sessions, he always pushed me to my limit but never too far, and was accommodating if I wasn’t feeling good.
The best thing though which I didn’t expect, was how much my mental health has improved! My brain fog has gone and I feel like I can actually function properly now. I did all my wedding planning myself and I never would have been able to do it without Adele and Haider’s help. My PT sessions with Gary occur twice a week and are consistently driven to build my physique and beat those fatty deposits! They are challenging but immensely enjoyable as I know they are doing what’s intended and getting me the results I’d longed for. Yes this was a programme for a specific time period but the knowledge and healthy eating plan is mine to own now taking this forward. I’m armoured with the best (and most) I’ve ever eaten with an easy to follow plan, and I now appreciate how my training needs to focus with consistency and time and attention for achieving results.
