Dazzling Dogs

Our girl is pretty nervous and went for her first groom at aged almost 5. The ladies did an incredible job, exactly what I asked for, and Bon looks and smells incredible. Will definitely go back, we feel very safe and happy using Dazzling Dogs!

Rip-off, £20 deposit paid fair enough, my Cockapoo (bearing in mind not matted etc) booked in for a groom, dropped off was told to pick up an hour and half later expecting to pay what the website stated (I had cash ready) no....walked in my dog was ready then charged more as apparently it took them longer! They gave me a time to pick up, I was on time and my dog was all ready and waiting. How was it longer? That'll be £20 today, so a total of £45 and was meant to be £38! They hadn't even cut just a big blow dry, clipped underneath that's as far as the cutting went. Wasn't impressed at all, not the first person to do this to so either. Never will return.

Took my 5 month gsd in today for his first pamper & groom. Staff really helpful. & polite. JD came out happy which is important. Highly recommended. Booked up for next visit.

Cut my dog’s nails within 10 minutes from phoning them. Lovely kind staff. Would definitely recommend

Used Dazzling Dogs for over 6 years for our 2 dogs without issue. My father had a very serious medical emergency on the day of my dogs' grooming appointment this week and I was told they could do nothing to transfer the booking and took my deposit anyway. When I called to discuss a few days later, to explain the seriousness of my dad's emergency, there was no goodwill gesture or even discount offered. We will not be using Dazzling Dogs again and would advise caution if you have a booking.

Scammers wanted £49 for a full groom for my smooth coat chihuahua. Would cost £25 max and their website states should be £25. Horrible place would not recommend.

We have a husky cross lab who constantly sheds hair all year round. Having tried out many groomers in the past, none of them have been able to match the standard that Dazzling Dogs have today. Today was his first visit and I have got to say, it’s the best he has ever looked! If you own a husky, you will know that one stroke and your hand is covered in fur Well we no longer have this problem! No shedding, no clumps, paws all trimmed and he’s as soft as anything. He even came out with a cute little bow on! 10/10 amazing groomers. Absolutely Fantastic!!!
