Absolutely disappointed! Our fluffy cute puppy turn to a monkey face . I can’t wait hair face hair grow. We mentioned to them we don’t want too much cut on her face and we want her eyed abit clear but still have round face but what we got instead is absolute botched I could do better job myself to be honest They cut all our sweet puppy’s forehead and eye and nose area made her look very unusual. My daughter even didn’t recognised Our puppy Her long lashes were trimmed to shorted possible instead some of her nail still remained long. I believe someone did her grooming for the first time maybe??!! A child could even do better job !!! We are looking to go somewhere more professional at least listen to what we want and make our puppy look better not strange looking. DO NOT HO HERE ATALL

I am deeply disappointed with the service. I had been waiting few months for my dog's grooming appointment, but when I arrived today, I was informed that there was no appointment scheduled. This situation indicates a lack of organisation within the service. If an appointment is canceled, it is essential that customers are notified promptly. Due to my work commitments, I had arranged for someone to pick up my dog after the grooming, making this situation even more inconvenient. Moreover, no effort was made to offer a new appointment as soon as possible. Instead, I was told that my dog would be placed on a waiting list, which is concerning as past experiences suggest that I may not be contacted for a rescheduled appointment. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I can't fault their grooming, my dogs always look and smell lovely but their phone service is abysmal. I have been trying to call for the last 3 days leaving several messages for no one to answer the phone or call back so missed appointment and can't even rearrange

Booked an appointment at 6pm the appointment got moved to 5pm without my knowledge… supposedly they called? I received no notice of the change. I called them over 3 times on the day of the groom no answer. I also called them days before the groom still no answer. Waste of time and patience. The next available slot given was in March… it is currently January… beyond a joke, no apology and explanation.

Adele in the groom room is an animal abuser. I visited the salon and saw her pulling dogs aggressively and throwing items around the salon whilst dogs were tied up scared. The other members of staff seem wonderful, however I would never trust my dog with Adele.

The best groomers in Birmingham. The workers are polite and professional and make the owner and pet feel comfortable and at ease. They have priced their services really well. I would highly recommend the Groom Room.
