First time using this company. Little bit more expensive than a normal cattery but worth every penny for the personalised service and freedom for our pet to explore the environment freely . Faye looked after my cat for a week whilst my family went away on holiday. Can't rate her enough for the exceptional attention to detail and the detailed daily updates provided. She reassured us our beloved pet was very well looked after. Don't hesitate to choose this company. Thank you again

Absolutely recommend to all cat owners. My 2 cats are normally really shy and anxious but we were matched with Chloe and she looked after them so well. They settled super quickly and were so playful. Couldn’t have asked for better for them. So so grateful for the daily updates too with pictures and videos of them, it truly showed how they were cared for and how happy they were. Can’t be more thankful for the team

Great value for the price. My cat had plenty of room and there were no fights or stress. Peaceful at night, which was perfect for my anxious kitty.

A massive shout out to Michelle who looked after my two kittens for 3 days while I went out of town. Michelle is lovely and sent daily updates. I'd recommend as cats get a tailored experience. Not sharing premises with other cats - bonus. Kittens were well looked after and have settled back into home life. A little disappointed with confusion over boarding days. Although I had requested certain days online, once I'd realised my error I queried this immediately and followed up with a whatsapp message to management sharing the correct days. This and pricing was agreed. However, on the day of drop off, I was sent a very formal whatsapp message quoting procedures. No incentive offered although the 'error' in pricing had been agreed.

Vivian looked after our cat for 10 days whilst we were on holiday. We were very happy with the room that was assigned to our cat. It was spacious and actually looked quite fun. He actually didn't want to get back to his cage at the end so I think that's a good sign that he was well taken care off!
