Amazing staff. They are very knowledgeable and always happy to help. We have had our gargoyle gecko for over a year and still receive help from them. Never a silly question. While we were away, he stayed with them boarding, and he was well looked after. Definitely recommend.

From the moment you step foot into The World of Fish and Pets you sure know by the decor / setup that your dealing with the right people, amazing place and 10/10 service provided, Purchased a baby Bearded Dragon with new substrate for my vivarium along with baby Locust, nothing seems to much and always there to help and give honest advice .

We have recently purchased our first ever bearded dragon. Brendan and his wife are great. They supplied everything we needed all in one, especially the most valuable item....information. we now have a happy addition to our family!! Belle the bearded dragon. We won't be going anywhere else. Couldn't recommend The world of fish and pets any higher!!! Would give 10 stars if I could

My Husband and I bought two Axolotl (not from here) however we came in once and now always come back for advise and products. Extremely knowledgable and always here to help. I have called and spent ages on phone getting help and guidance. We travel quite far to get to World of Fish but will always keep coming back as we trust the advise here and both are very friendly and happy to help with anything. Lovely family business. An amazing shop, a wide variety of animals, feed and accessories. The knowledge of staff is incredible- even now l still ask if I’m unsure. It’s easy to look online but the information isn’t always accurate. I go back every week to get my frog and beardie food, never had a problem. I love how passionate they are about their animals, they checked my setup before sale which is great because they identified where I’d made errors. Thanks guys!

Amazing shop to visit. Staff were so friendly. Couldn't help anything they did. The fish i purchased were half the price has pets at home. Fish are doing realy well. Thank you so much

Was once a regular customer (pre Covid). Visited today after years, the owner was initially dismissive. He then shouted at my child making it clear he didn’t want us there. He also vaped the entire time. Used to be a decent place. Edit: (For the appalling response) Although I acknowledge that there were many dangers in the shop that desperately need to be rectified for your customers safety. Instead of giving myself a chance to parent my child and ask them not to run (which I would have done for their safety and it only occurred once) you were quick to shout unnecessarily at them causing them stress. My children were not "acting" they have disabilities and they were all excited as they love animals. Again, only one of them ran ONCE and it could’ve been dealt with in a better manner. I do not appreciate your discriminatory language and will gladly never return to your hazardous shop.
