I can’t say enough great things about Jen! From day one, she had great communication, was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly warm. We used the puppy training service as first time dog owners we didn’t really know where to start. Jen took the time to understand our puppy’s personality and tailored the training to fit our needs, which made the whole process feel very personal. She answered all our questions and made the training fun, even involving the children to help. Not only did our pup learn so much, but we also gained confidence as owners thanks to the clear guidance and helpful tips. It’s clear how much Jen genuinely cares about both dogs and their people. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a patient, skilled, and caring puppy trainer! Thanks Jen, we’d have really struggled without you!

Jen is a fantastic dog trainer, during our first session she was very warm and friendly and we were immediately impressed with her knowledge. Got our dog to do behaviours we had been trying to teach him for months in our first session! Jen is a good teacher as well passing on her knowledge to us very clearly, couldn't recommend more

Cannot recommended Kingsway Canines enough! Jen has been amazing with our very nervous Romanian rescue. As many intro walks as it took, and even went running with her to build confidence and trust! They really go the extra mile to make sure your dog has the best time and is well looked after. Love the little pics and videos they send as well.

Jen is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable when it comes to puppers and both our fur babies love her. They don't even get that excited when I walk through the door! Honestly, the woman is magic! Not just a dog walker and trainer (an an excellent one at that!) but also an absolute gem of a person. We count ourselves lucky to have found her. Thanks for everything Jen. We all love you! And the puppies love their post walk nap because they've had so much fun being with you.

Jen is a very knowledgeable, flexible and pragmatic dog trainer. She has taught my pup many tricks and also helps with his behaviour which is sometimes a bit challenging. He loves when she comes to dog sit and we’re bit very glad we found her!

I have a French Bulldog, Cleo, who unfortunately became reactive after several negative experiences with other dogs. She was never like this before, but these incidents left her highly alert and in protective mode. As her behavior changed, I also became increasingly stressed, which only amplified the situation. Walks became difficult — Cleo would react strongly to other dogs, and even to runners or cyclists passing by. Living in an apartment, we’re out several times a day, which made things especially challenging. I initially tried group training sessions, but they were far too overwhelming for Cleo and left her more anxious. At that point, I truly felt hopeless and wasn’t sure things would ever improve — until I found Jen. From our first interaction, Jen was incredibly understanding and compassionate. She really took the time to listen and validate everything I was going through, which meant so much to me. We agreed that she would begin by walking Cleo alone to help rebuild her confidence and trust — and she approached this with incredible patience and care. Since working with Jen, Cleo has been able to enjoy a variety of walks again, including in the woods, fields, and by the lake — places I had completely avoided before. I saw changes in Cleo almost immediately. As Cleo progressed, Jen invited me to join the walks so we could work together. This approach has helped both Cleo and me tremendously. While Cleo still has some work to do, we’re now at a place where I can take her on solo walks along the canal with confidence — something I didn’t think would be possible just a short while ago. Jen has been absolutely brilliant. She brings a calm, confident energy that dogs respond to, and her ability to support not only your pet but also you as an owner is remarkable. She’s patient, kind, and genuinely invested in helping you make lasting progress. I’m so grateful for everything Jen has done for us so far, and I’m looking forward to the continued progress Cleo and I will make with her support.
