Julie & Kirk were amazing amazing amazing! Our little cutie cavapoochon Podge loved his little adventure across Europe and the beautiful grounds they stopped off at in France. Julie organised the whole thing this side including AHC and then the passport for Podge in Spain! Julie kept us updated throughout the trip re every single detail with the cutest photos and videos. He was so happy upon arrival in Spain to see his grandparents as we were arriving the following day yet kept running back to Julie for more and more cuddles! She is so so amazing and, funnily enough, one evening we were walking through the town in Santa Ponsa, and Julie happened to drive through there! Little Podge recognised her from the road!!! It was the sweetest moment! X thank you so much and can’t wait for the next trip with you! Found a friend for life here!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I can’t praise Happy Trailz enough - I was very apprehensive about arranging to transport my 10 year old female cat, especially as she is very petite and a nervy animal, plus we were unsure as to when we could travel over until our visas arrived. Julie was great, she fully explained the process to me when I enquired (had other options in mind at the time) and was full of reassurance that Tilly would be okay and arrive at our destination when we would also arrive. We opted for the courier service as our visas arrived later than we wanted and just felt we shouldn’t wait any longer. The arrangements were seamless and we were able to drop Tilly off to Kirk who was her courier for the trip, at a mutually convenient destination. It meant we could be ready and fly ourselves knowing Tilly would be waiting for us at our destination airport. That, plus Kirk was amazing with her. He gave me updates on the journey including flight information and also sent photos along the way. Tilly was waiting for us in the arrivals lounge, along with Kirk, who had looked after her continually from me saying goodbye to her in the UK, up to meeting her again in Alicante. I can’t thank Happy Trailz enough, Tilly was calm and happy when we collected her and she’s very quickly settled into Spanish life, probably a lot quicker than we have, lol! I can’t thank Julie enough for bringing my 22 year old Yorkshire Terrier, Tink, from the UK to Menorca by Air! From start to finish, it was an extremely smooth professional procedure. Julie absolutely knows what she’s doing and Tink loved her! Two flights later and Tink was safely delivered. Without any doubt I would recommend Julie!!

We wholeheartedly recommend Julie, who has been nothing short of amazing throughout our experience. As we prepared to relocate from Menorca to the UK, we faced the challenge of sending our 13-year-old Border Terrier, Nutmeg, ahead of us. Given her nervous disposition and age, we were anxious about the long journey for her. However, Julie's warmth, friendliness, and affection towards Nutmeg put us at ease. She provided us with numerous reassuring updates along the way, which made the process much more comfortable for us. Nothing was too much trouble for Julie and she was an absolute godsend. We are so pleased that we found her!

We used Happy Trailz to transport our two beloved cats to Mallorca. Julie was great from the outset, letting us know how the process worked and putting our minds at ease, the boys have never travelled before and we were very nervous! On the day everything went really smoothly with loads of updates along the way, and the boys arrived tired but happy and healthy 🙂 would highly recommend Julie and would definitely trust her with our boys again if we needed to do another journey.

George has had a lovely trip with Julie Mallorca to U.K. in one day from pickup to drop off she has let us know the whole way how he was. Great updates. Luckily an empty plane so he had a proper seat for a while

I cannot recommend Julie highly enough! She helped us manage all the logistics involved in moving Ripley from Spain to the UK which initially felt a little daunting. Julie advised and double checked everything for us. Ripley who is a very sensitive and elderly afghan hound was extremely well cared for on her way from Mallorca to the Uk. Photos and updates were given throughout her journey. Julie provides an an amazing personalised service - Ripley arrived happy and relaxed. Thank you so much!
