Took my daughter here as she loves all things Japanese. She really wanted to try their bao buns and me the Gyozas.. we were not disappointed. My daughter had the chicken option, and I had the vegetable option. We also ordered a portion of salmon and avocado sushi that was made fresh for us. All the food was served beautiful, was fresh and so tasty. The staff was super, very informative, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere was very relaxed and informal. Perfect for a lunchtime drop it. Deco was a mix of fun neon lights and being elegant, with beautiful lanterns. It was our first time, but I can definitely see us returning here for a second visit.
We came here for my elder brother’s birthday, without a booking, and were promptly sat. Couldn’t have asked for better service! A slice of cheesecake was brought out with a candle on which made his day! The food was great. I had the Hibachi steak bowl, cooked medium rare, which was delicious. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. Recommend highly!!
Great food. Really great. service was a little disjointed, with one of the main courses coming with the starters, and one of the starters coming with the mains- and an overlap anyway- at one point everything we ordered was on the table at the same time. Maybe I just don't understand the cultural nuances of Japanese street food...
They have the most brilliant salmon bowl I have ever had in my life with just 9 quids - almost close to my taste standard in Asia, how bargain it could be. Taj, who is the general manager I believe and he delivered the excellent customer service. Will visit here many times for a nutritious and delicious lunch.
Got in for a quick lunch on a weekday. I like the sauce they used in the beef Donburi, which is sweet and mildly spicy. The beef on the other hand was a bit overcooked, still good. The calamari was covered by a thin layer of batter and only lightly salted. Will come again to try out some other items on the menu.
I love this place! I should have ordered two mains it was so good The waitress was so friendly and welcoming. Will 100% come again Thank you for a good evening
