Victoria Lodge

My mum has been at this lovely care home for two years. We visited several homes before we found Victoria Lodge. It ticks all the boxes. The atmosphere, as soon as you walk in, is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. The home is very clean and smells fresh. The management team are very efficient and approachable - there is an open door policy so you can speak to them at any time if you need to. The staff are friendly and caring. The food is excellent, providing favourite meals for an older clientele. There are lots of activities for residents to enjoy if they want to both inside and outside the home. More importantly, my mum regards Victoria Lodge as her home and is very happy there. I have no hesitation in recommending Victoria Lodge Care Home to my friends - and to anyone else who asks.

My only advice to anyone looking for a care home in the Birmingham area is go check out Victoria Lodge in Acocks Green. My mother spent her last 4 years there and the management and staff could not have done more to make her welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere in the home is warm, welcoming and friendly and residents are encouraged to join in the 'family' activities. Victoria Lodge more than deserves the 5 stars I am happy to give it.

Amazingly Friendly Staff! Sparkling Clean every time we visit! My elderly parents have bonded so well to the team there! Its like we are one big happy family!

Placed my mum here for day care. Staff are wonderful, great atmosphere, made me want to roll up my sleeves and work there myself.

Seems a nice place with helpful staff. Wheelchair access. Not much parking in their driveway, but you can park on the road if you can find a space.
