Exceptional service, I was very nervous having previously had a bad experience with the micro suction procedure. Straight away Adam listened to me and made me feel at ease and explained the procedure and answered any questions I had. He took his time which made me relaxed and calmed me down a bit while he worked on my ear. I went back for another appointment at no extra cost to get the remaining bit of wax removed which was quite deep in my ear. Now All good I will definitely recommend, great price, Fast and efficient service. Thank you Adam
