Clarence Care have looked after our parents for over 2 years providing an excellent level of care throughout. This enabled them to stay in their home and they very much looked forward to the daily visits. We have nothing but praise for the quality of service by all concerned.

Clarence care is my care agency, positively I feel like they are my extended family. They help me with all my day to day tasks as well as social life, if it wasn't for Clarence care I wouldn't be able to access the community, go to my voluntary work and church my spiritual well being is catered for. They are flexible and available around my needs and are always on the end of the phone. I don't just have an agency I have additional family members. During lock down I have been isolated Clarence Care have enabled me to participate in some training activities which are CPD certified I can use this training to further my voluntary work within the community. My dog Bailey is really incorporated into my care plan and his well being is also considered, I like the fact my dog is also respected.

We used Clarence Care to look after my mother. The care received was excellent throughout, they adapted well to all changes in mum's health. Every carer was kind, treated her with compassion, took time to know her likes and dislikes. This meant they knew what food suited her, times she woke up, how to wash her etc. They brought health issues to our attention and contacted health professionals as mum's condition worsened. Mum enjoyed their company and they cheered her up at a difficult time. We were always able to contact them by phone which was very helpful. I have no problem recommending Clarence Care to provide a high level of sensitive care.

I have been using Clarence Care for over three years. All the carers have been understanding and helpful. Their care has enabled me to recover from a long hospital stay and subsequent period of rehabilitation at home. I am now fully independent and will be sad not to see my regular carers every day. I would like to thank all the staff for their encouragement and kindness during my period with the company.
