Divine Intervention Home Care Limited

Divine intervention provided great palliative care for my dad. We all had a meeting to discuss wants/needs/timings all of which we all knew from the outset would change as symptoms worsened. Dad being a proud and determined man was not an easy patient to care for but the carers managed to gain a rapport with my dad and got on together. The care given was above and beyond and is something I would not wish to do myself full time. The care timings were very flexible and pretty much as requested by ourselves. A massive thank you to dads carers and Nicky there manager.

When my mom came out of hospital in December for end of life the hospital gave her 3 months we are now in March and mom is just improving everyday we had to change care agency when she was sent home we as a family was a bit worried about changing but because we wanted to get her home asap because in hospital she was deteriorating but it was the best decision we made for mom Divine Intervention have been amazing they are so care & will go above & beyond for mom. Mom trusts them. I would highly recommend them. All of mom’s carers are fab they are Tohsin, Cynthia & Helana. Mom has gone from bed bound to been able to sit out in her chair for a few hours a days that’s with the assistance of the fabulous carers.

Divine care was the best ever care for my mum on her last days. The carers that looked after my mum were named Muna and Miriam. They were very loving and Affectionate towards her and so professionally handled when it came to her personal care. They not only took care of mum but our family by giving us hope and courage in her last days. The nurses never stopped smiling and always bought a smile to mum and us. I've been through so many care agencies and they were no where near compared to this one. I hope they carry on this excellent work . I wish I can give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you very much Muna and Miriam and Divine care. Will never Forget you.

Carers are very professional they take good care of my dad especially maaz and duke they both are very professional compassionate and understanding and very punctual great team work here

I don't hesitate to give Nicky and her team 5 stars , when I was looking for a care company I looked long and hard and finally decided on Divine intervention. They have been so supportive, helped me when I've had to change arrangements at short notice .They are clean and tidy workers and always happy and cheerful, my step father is always happy to see them and tells me that they are lovely lads and how lucky he feels to have them to look after him . Divine intervention deserve every accolade, Thank you to Nicky and her team ❤

We were absolutely blessed to have had the divine intervention team look after my father. Every single carer treated my father with dignity and respect. The carers also spent time talking and supporting the family, which made are experience so much more bearable. Myself and my family feel blessed to have you all look after our precious father.
