This used to be Selly Oak hospital however it used for appointments now toilets on lower levels parking outside lots of disabled access as all on a lower level said to haunted at night the photos below are the pictures of the old Selly Oak hospital for reference

Phoned today to ask yet again where my replacement supplies are Dunno who spoke to female Indian lady I think. Was told will pass message on then heard in background just put phone down angry is not the word I’m feeling right now.

I had my routine check up appointment today, qualified teamwork, consultants and clinicians. Pleased from the service I received.

Absolute nightmare recently, used to be good but recently been horrendous. They seem to never have never have staff working. I don't believe they are always out on calls. I have had a faulty chair for years now and they aren't resolving it. I got given a new chair which did not have tilt and recline now when i asked for old one back ross care have brought it back in a right state! They repaired the fault by putting a faulty base on it! It's about time they did the repairs in house.

Took my daughter for an appointment - excellent service. Nice little cafe with seating area. Staff very friendly and professional.

The physiotherapist David is very knowledgeable with the FES service he is very thorough, professional and always goes above and beyond to support me with using my ankle pace stimulator which has made me feel a lot more confident with my walking! Thank you.

My mom visited this clinic over four weeks ago and was promised that a letter would be sent to her doctor for medication for the low blood pressure she experiences when she tries to stand. Our doctor has still not heard anything from them. I have since tried to contact the clinic by phone and been given four different numbers but they are either continually engaged or goes to voicemail or the number i'd been given was incorrect. Does anybody care anymore?
