I had an extremely negative experience with this company. I felt misled about the services and pricing from the start, and what was promised did not match what was delivered. The situation made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe in my own home while their workers were present. I would strongly caution others to think twice before hiring them. In my opinion, the way they operated felt dishonest, and I walked away feeling taken advantage of

The old washing machine in my apartment had some issues, so my agent asked them to come and have a look. In the end, they replaced the old model with a brand new one. Though not being perfect, good service to me.
