Excellent service. He has fixed my 20 year old Bosch washing machine several times. Always comes at time arranged. Reasonable prices and has always managed to fix it.

Paul is prompt and professional. He came to my place soon after I call him. The dishwasher has been fixed nicely and it works well again. Saved me few hundred pounds from getting a new integrated dishwasher as advised by other engineers. Absolute brilliant service. Highly recommended!

Paul was excellent! Came round to see what the issue was, worked it out & costed up what it would take to fix it. He then came round and quickly completed the fix of our oven, which is now working as good as new! His work cost far less than a new oven, which was our alternative. Very happy, would definitely recommend Paul!

First excuse was parking in City Centre, once we had established we had parking right outside our place that was ours the excuse was that he don’t repair Indesit. Lazy, rude.

Paul was very professional, very knowledgeable and came on time, only hours after my contacting him. There was no call out charge and diagnosed the problem with my washing machine very quickly. He gave me a quote and fixed the machine there and then, at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

My Landlady referred me to Paul as my oven had power but would not operate. He managed to diagnose over the phone that the problem was with the timer being set to auto. Having never used this brand of oven before, I had already downloaded and followed the instructions to cancel the auto and reset the time. The instructions were incorrect but Paul very kindly talked me through the cancel & reset procedure and Bingo! It was fixed. What a legend!
