DJM provides an exceptional and highly professional service. When my microwave stopped working, the manager quickly identified the issue and repaired it in no time. He explained the problem and solution clearly and thoroughly, which I truly appreciated. The repair process was smooth, efficient, and very reasonably priced. They did the service however the customer service I received was appalling, he was very passive aggressive not nice at all. I didn't even receive a call back to say it was ready I had to go and CHECK MYSELF. TERRIBLE

Just had my dyson hover repaired very happy with the service i received

Drove 25 minutes to get a dyson to be inspected that was cutting out and was met with short and quite frankly rude responses from I assume the owner, took zero time to hear my explanation of the issue and jumped to a battery diagnosis without touching the machine. Despite me trying to tell him I had already troubleshooted his diagnosis. He just wasn’t interested in listening and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Kicker to the story his diagnosis was … incorrect and it was actually a faulty trigger causing the issue.
