Horrible customer service, very high prices. They do not offer refunds. There is no cooling off period like any other company would offer. Changed my dishwasher brand, gave me a cheaper alternative without informing me. Spend just under £2500, very bad experience. After purchasing and shopping around found the same appliances for a lot lower price. Will be contacting trading standards. I was committed that my previous fridge will be removed however on the day refused and asked for additional charges to remove. Sales man committed to price match but change statement in front of owner Reply the the owners response False statement nothing was deducted but I had been refunded for microwave There was no deduction of £329. The microwave was returned and £290 was refunded. £60 discount initially given was also taken off later. Did not accept a return of the cooker when request to return before delivery as the cost was extremely high compared to other places ended up paying £300 extra then the market

I was let down by this company. I specifically went with them as they had the exact model/series of dishwasher I needed to replace my current one. Well so I thought! I placed the order and all I got was an invoice confirmation. A week latter I chased for an update on delivery. No immediate reply. Chased again the next day and they said they would look into it. Two weeks from placing order I had to chase again and at this stage I asked if I could cancel the order (as something did not feel right) as website advertised 4-7 days dispatch time. ONLY At this stage I was told it was no longer available as an older model. No advise on alternatives??? Disappointed that it took over two weeks for them to find this out and to inform me of this and that I had to do all the communication. The only one thing they did promptly was give me the refund when I asked. I went with new supplier that was suggested by the manufacturer and I had it delivered and installed within 3 days (over a weekend) Lesson learnt

Purchased two weeks ago, did not receive any confirmation of the order in transit. Contacted numerous times on email with no response. Rung them and was told product is no longer in stock, even after my payment was taken.

Incompetent Inept Cowboys Beware ! My Daughter bought a cooker from these cowboys and received such a bad service im surprised they are still trading. They took the money for a item not in stock then proceeded to lie to her all through the fake delivery process blaming third party courier but couldn't supply any tracking numbers or any details about delivery also they never called back when they said it was high priority at least 3 times needless to say she never got the cooker and they never seemed to care or apologised to her. Check out the Trustpilot reviews google reviews look fake.
