We had a light that kept flicking and even when the switch was turned off, the light remained on with a burning smell coming from the socket - had the socket replaced, and checked. Really great service provided and really friendly. From making the initial phone call to the job being done it was about 1hour30mins - speedy service! Great customer service when ringing up, talking me through the process and explaining things I had questions too. Explained the process of the job and answered any questions or concerns I had! Really efficient and friendly service. Got our power back on after the fuse kept tripping late at night, hours before we were due to fly on holiday the following morning. Very stressful timing for obvious reasons but dealt with calmly and at a very affordable price.
