Extremely poor quality of the dryer machine. It is very expensive of service charge but has cheap quality of work. It doesn’t provide proper service. This is my first time here, and I will never return. Need to change update your dryer machines ASAP!!

Clean and very good value for money. New owners are very helpful, and have plenty of change if you need any. All machines take £1 and £2 coins. New machines have been installed. Laundry opens 5.30pm-10.00pm. There are three sizes of washing machine, regular (2, £4) large (4, £5-6) and extra large (1, £8). There are 6 dryers and they cost £1 for 10 Mins, or 20p for roughly 3 minutes. Bring your own soap, preferably liquid or tabs. There are convenience stores near by where you can these from. Benches where you can wait and some off road parking for around 4 cars.

Been using Lucy's since May June on a regular basis for my work properties. Opening hours are perfect for those who require flexibility Service cost has been phenomenal, amazing turnaround, excellent communication and service from Harry, they also deliver if required. Absolute godsend. Tried alternatives near to some work properties, but came back to Lucys, as no one compares! THANK YOU!

Excellent service. Arrived short of coins and immediately was helped out by assistant providing change and advice on how to use the machines. Got 3 huge washloads done and dry in little over an hour.

If you're looking for the perfect launderette this is one....... Great location and the staff are so friendly and willing to help if you are unsure about anything or need change for the machines. The opening hours are 5am till 10pm. I've seen many launderettes close around 5pm. There's a Co-op across the road with a cash point and a chip shop if you get hungry while waiting.

Dryers are not effective unfortunately. We have tried every dryer in the launderette, but the doors are all loose and the heat is not retained. Have even tried paying triple the cost of the dryer, I.e. Nearly half an hour in the industrial dryer, and clothes still were damp. Very disappointing.

Came here on a Sunday.. closes at 10pm came at half 8 to make sure as I had to collect something ... one of the customers confirmed that it closes at 10ish how ever if there are still customers that haven't finished they'll close once everyone is done ..I've been to many launderettes any far this is on top of the list.. great location also .. cash point across road and shops
