Dave and Lee at Clements Locksmiths are brilliant. I needed a set of masterkeys copying which they done with ease. Their customer service is excellent. Clements were amazing, called this morning at 9.00am and by 11.30 i had a new front door lock and 8 keys, all done for a competitive price. A brilliant service, i forgot to ask his name i think it maybe Richard but either way what a nice man, made me feel comfortable and that the job was done by a professional in a professional manner. Very professional service. The locking mechanism had jammed and once identified a new part was ordered and fixed in days. Engineer friendly and made sure everything left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend

Had Richard to adjust front door lock. Not only adjusted front door but carried out replacing 3 further non standard locks on request to rear patio doors to make them more secure and in line with legal standards. Excellent job. Totally professional service. Highly recommend.

I popped into Clements locksmiths this afternoon as I’ve been having trouble getting the back off my spare car key. The gentlemen were very friendly and polite and also very helpful because they managed to get the back off for me which had been glued together and was finally able to change the battery! Fast an friendly service, highly recommend!
