Called on Monday morning for an appointment and the owner was lovely on the phone. He quickly arranged an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and helped me get rid on silverfish. He was very professional, friendly, down to earth and the prices are decent. Would defo recommend him to others. Go ahead and book him now!

Rang Birmingham Pest Control, spoke to a lovely lady, who arranged a next day appointment. The gentleman arrived on time, conducted a through inspection and implemented plan of action, explaining a second visit in two weeks to confirm the issue is fully resolved. I can report the mouse problem is completely clear. I think the charges are reasonable. I highly recommend this local company for a fast reliable and professional service.
