My elderly parents had a power outage in their garage which was only discovered a few days after the event...the two freezers had rotting food with maggots spilling out along with the putrid water. I called Burnham Pest Solutions, and Michael very kindly and patiently explained to me how he would go about addressing the problem. He did not once rush me over the phone, nor pressure me to book his services. Upon arrival, Michael quickly disposed of all the rotting food and then began to drain the fluids and clean the freezers: he painstakingly hosed down the internal drawers and then thoroughly sanitised, and re-sanitised each shelf and drawer, before repeatedly wiping the interiors. Once finished, he also treated the floor where the rotten meat fluids had leaked. Unfortunately, about an hour after Michael left, I noticed tiny maggots crawling all over one of the freezers again: they certainly weren't there when he left...I contacted Michael again and he said he'd return the following week to reclean both appliances. He also repeatedly said he was perfectly happy for me to ignore the invoice request until after his return. My father was hospitalised in an emergency, and so I had to reschedule Michael's return visit. He patiently and very kindly waited for my availability. Upon his return, Michael repeated his thorough cleaning of the appliances. He also made some suggestions about how I might go about addressing the pungent smell: spray and wipe interior with a lemon-scented disinfectant; place sliced fresh lemons in each tray and drawer; air the freezers; then turn back on. It did the trick! I also used Zoflora to scrub the floor and now my parents' appliances are ready to be used again! A huge thank you to Michael, who was not only a thorough professional, but also very friendly and affable. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

I’m happy to rate & recommend Michael and his team. We had an issue with creatures in the ceiling spaces between the floors of our three story semi in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. We suspected rats, but were open to it being other creatures. Michael checked the spaces, and diagnosed the problem as a rats, to commence a planned course of action (he installed a camera too, which later confirmed) Michael and his team were prompt and kept their appointments, all of the treatments were discussed and agreed so I understood what was going on. I was worried that my dog might be at risk from the treatments, but that was not the case and Michael explained it all to me. Treatment worked in the time scales Michael predicted. I’m coming to the end of my guarantee period now so happy to share this review with you and recommend this company.
