We recently had an unwanted visitor in the loft. Booked an appointment with Gary from Pied Piper who came over within a couple of days at a time to suit us. Such a super nice and honest gentleman. Very professional and clearly knows his stuff. Inspected my property, knew exactly what to look for and quickly identified the possible entry points. He gave some really great advice and peace of mind. Touch wood, we've not had any more visitations from the pests. We would not hesitate to use Pied Piper again and couldn't recommend them enough. If only all companies had the same ethic. Very impressed.

Unfortunately, as a very last resort, had to call upon Pied Piper’s services for a mole problem which had made the garden unsafe to walk on for my elderly neighbour. Boss Gary responded very swiftly and attended within a couple of days to assess the problem. Very professional, amiable and sympathetic to Wildlife. Was swiftly able to resolve the mole issue.
