I have used Imperial before, so when needing help with some loose tiles did not hesitate to contact them. Paul came out to look at the job . Scaffolding arrived the next day and job was completed by Harrison and Luke . Everything was left tidy too, would recommend this company highly.

All staff are pleasant and friendly, communicating well throughout the work. The work is professionally completed at the time agreed. I would recommended this company.

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Imperial Residential and praise them once again for their great service. We've used Imperial Residential for roofing jobs in the past and they never disappoint. We need an inspection carrying out on our roof and we knew who we could turn to. Paul and his team turned up within half an hour and spent time on our roof, inspecting it in great detail. We have used this company several times over the past few years. We have always been pleased with the quality of the finished work. They have recently installed French Doors in the kitchen with a step out into the garden. They worked efficiently and professionally. The work was inspected and they then returned to finish off the step to a really high standard. They are very pleasant to work with and we would have no hesitation in recommending them

Used imperial residential building & roofing to have our house re roofed & bay windows re felted. Paul came straight away & managed the job from start to finish & offered a high quality service. Highly recommended by a friend who has used their services for years. My queries and texts were answered promptly by Paul. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently, renewing a flat roof, replacing damaged tiles and ridge tiles to pitched roof and clearing gutters. Would recommend.
