I would not recommend Take Me Taxi's to my friends family, or loved.ones or.others, especially if you are a teenager, minor, or vunerable adult. A change of name or a change of Company directors does not improve the attitude and absolutely poor Service of your Drivers... In all fairness. The only thing going for you of positive review was the excellent respectful support whilst booking over the direct telephone number... In all fairness. .There is a minority of Drivers whom are curious, and respectful, offering a high standard of service, that tge majority would be best placed to.follow their example... You also need to honour your advertisement of a £5. Discount for first booking whether booked through an App' or over the telephone... I implore you Directors to sort the ongoing problems out, or continue to ĺoose any goodwill of the Business, or your customers. Also negative feedback should not be viewed as another liablous criticism, but positive and honest.appraisal of your poor standards of your Drivers which gives you feedback on what you can do to commence changing the service for the better... A negative review is a positive review which offers areas for improvement and change, so you may consistently gain good teviews, increasing the goodwill of your business... Thank you. Customers if you are dissatisfied with the undervalued and disrespected, dehumanizing approach of the Drivers of any Taxi or Private hire Company, you really need to take your head out of the sand and stop acting like an Ospringe and write a review ir make an official complaint to your local Licencing Authorities, producing where possible the plate reference number and the Drivers personal iD Badge number, where they should provide access within their Cab, or REQUEST!!! Directors. You have a Duty of Care to provide fir your Customers a Safe and reliable Service for all providing equal opportunities for all. You have extra responsibilities which include the disabled, Elderly and under 18s. I for one expect you to adhere to the rules, and regulations provided for as a Licence to Operate and comply with the Terms and Conditions set by all Local Licencing Aurthorities. It is not one rule for one and one for another and respect works , or is ment to be and work both ways... How is our poor experiences showing your Customers and financial renumeration, ( Bread and Butter,) we are valued, or respected??? Thank you.
Booked from direct line at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Was quoted £25 for journey which seemed a fair price. When the car arrived the driver asked what we had been quoted & then disputed the price & insisted £30 was his price before he would take us home. First & last time I will ever use this company again.
Yesterday 7 March I ordered a taxi and was told it would be 25 minutes as it was Friday afternoon I was prepared to wait. After 40 minutes I rang and was told the taxi had been delayed but would be with me ASAP. After 10 minutes I rang again to be told there were no drivers available in the area (Bearwood Road) After expressing my reaction to this I was put through to the despatcher person who eventually contacted another company , which taxi arrived in minutes. Iam a woman who is 86,my friend is 80.You can imagine how we felt after waiting over an hour on Bearwood Road. I think Castle cars have lost another customer.

Oderd a taxi for 8 . I call 7.55 to check they said 5 minutes. I called back at 8.15 and they said at least another 15 minutes..I explained I had a very important appointment. They messaged at 9 to say they had cancelled. Please don't waste your time booking ! Shocking no call or anything to say they not coming. Ruined my day
driver was rude and on his phone the whole journey taxi took 45 minutes on a monday evening wont use this company again
