The driver was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. He identified himself initially on the phone and gave out helpful identifying details of the car. Kept up a friendly conversation throughout the journey and dropped us close by at the station taxi rank.
Used five stars for airport transfer for 11 of us and they were brill. On time and reliable. Our flight back we landed a little earlier than I stated on the booking but they were waiting and there within 2 minutes of me calling them. Would 100% use again. Thank you
Such a great service. Khalid was patient and helpful, showed great hospitality to our youth group who were loud lol. The minibus was of a great standard, clean, good AC for the hot weather and nice and spacious. Thank you for making it a nice journey
I had a coach to catch at 6:15 and I was panicking because the originally I was trying to book with bolt but they let me down miserably by giving me a driver then the driver second he don’t want to do the trip down to ridiculous waiting Time so I was really at my wits end because other taxi companies were either fully booked or talking about no drivers in that area some bs then I called five star cabs/Taxi and they gave me a cab after 5 mins waiting time but they did end up coming a little over eta so by 6 they came but the driver they sent was reliable and got me to the coach station swiftly with even 3 mins to spare so I highly recommend they work well under pressure and the drivers with my experience are very understanding and will try to meet your needs to their ability I tipped the driver £2 with the fare being £6 because he really helped me out a lot so thanks to him and Jesus Christ for sending him and may God bless the driver and the staff who answered the phone and the overall company five star cars may they be blessed in Jesus name Amen ☺️☺️

Different taxi registration to what was notified.however What a fantastic taxi journey from New Street. Driver was great. Very calm, polite and we had a wonderful chat on way to my destination. Can’t say thank you enough for getting me home
My uber driver was very professional and was very friendly I had a very long journey from Birmingham to Leeds and he made me feel very comfortable and safe and we had a lovely conversation en route. I highly recommend this taxi firm
