Had to get son a taxi from Birmingham to Stoke last minute after missing last train from London! Gemma was brilliant help on the phone sorting best pick up etc Driver excellent and got my son home safe and sound. Excellent service and well priced for the distance and late time. Highly recommend and very grateful for such helpful folk
Wonderful taxi service Definitely recommend (Edit) had to get the taxi home from secondary school and the driver was behind the 97 bus and I told him to go to the main reception he went "No please come over!" And I went no because 1 it's raining and 2 taxis should always come to the reception and I told him I was starting to get wet and he hung up on me and cancelled my ride so I had to wait 30 minutes, yes that is correct 30 minutes so I was wet so I had to go inside but thankfully I got a driver who i knew but I hope to never get that driver again 🙁
Taxi came within a short time of ringing them around dawn from monorail. Driver put cases in and then out for us at destination. He was such a lovely pleasant man. Also great having tracking and car make/reg making it easier and safer to know it was him. Local was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. I will definitely use them again!
Always on time. Pleasant. Professional drivers. Cars Always clean. Also you get to speak with a dispatch operative instead of automated system. Makes a huge difference.

Simple collection from Marston Green to Birmingham International Train Station. Call taker was attentive and quoted both time of arrival & the fayre. Driver was prompt (within 5 mins of making the call) and transported us safely to our destination - without any fuss, nor incident. Driver was friendly and respectful, delivering a professional service -as it should be. Well done ! Would use again. Recommended. 5*
