Just wanted to say thank you first all to everyone working at Hoor Qasim. Polite and friendly service, accommodated me best to my vision of the dress I wanted for my big day. Salma was very quick with measurements, kept me comfortable throughout the whole process and also arranged a reasonable date in time for my wedding, baring in mind the dress came way earlier than the expected date. Ordered a wedding dress from here they messed up the order. Half the skirt is brown stone half the skirt is white stone. I can see all these lovely reviews here and the guy boasts to customers who complain, to have a look these reviews, but I wonder if they encourage customers who have had good experiences on items that aren’t as expensive to leave a review. Also notice how most of these "5*" reviews are new accounts with only 1 or 2 reviews, looks fake to me, wish I knew this before. Because he didn’t advise me to leave one? How can a dress be made completely different to what I chose? You don’t even allow pictures , so I have nothing to refer back to. No one copying your designs because you don’t even stick to your own design. The dress I chose had Pearl and sequin work and didn’t have as much stones on it as the one you custom made, you obviously wanted to make a cheaper dress then the one you put up on display. More importantly the cheap stone design you’ve decided to carry out instead isn’t symmetrical it’s just random 3/4 of the dress is white stone 1/4 is brown? Did you run out of stones? Why not wait to get more instead of improvising and messing the dress up? And I know you didn’t add any sequin or pearls like the dress on display but you took the mick when you put a random Pearl on the top ? What’s that for ? And why is there not as many sequin work as the dress on display. At no point during placing the custom order did you say the pattern won’t be the same as the one I chose, did you think I’d forget what I picked and happily move on. You’re not trustworthy at all. And the quality of your custom made dresses are low market standard. Please have a look at this ridiculous dress, half white stone half brown stone and think twice before trusting them with your bridal clothes. Very overpriced and low quality. My advice is to shop in Bradford or London and avoid Birmingham for wedding shopping. AND IF YOU ARE STUPID ENOUGH TO ORDER HERE make sure you have everything written on the receipt , down to what stones, pearls, sequins you’ve picked and what material because they only right down the price, size and colour. Without this and without proof you’ll end up with a market stall wedding dress. Because they don’t care as long as they make a profit. Don’t pay full , pay deposit and haggle with the price because mine was 2500 including a velvet shawl and they tried to charge me 3500.

I had both my baraat and walima outfit from here as well as my husbands baraat outfit. I was so happy with the service provided and I felt beautiful in my both my wedding dresses. They were here on time and Salma was so helpful throughout the entire process of choosing my outfits and making the necessary adjustments and alterations. Honestly amazing customer service from all the staff from start to end. Especially Salma she was amazing made my whole experience so stress free was extremely professional kept me up to date with everything. My wedding outfit was exactly what I ordered was perfect I could say even better than what I had seen in the shop. Mine and my husbands outfits were delivered ahead of time like they promised and were spot on.
