My consultant was Lauren and Tina. They have been so helpful and so nice! They listened to me and heard me which is not always happens when you trying to find your dress. I went to a salon in London where they told me 12 month is very short time and I must pay for my dress right now. In Lula Ann the girls were so relaxed and helpful that I didn’t fell pressured at all. I felt that they were there for me, not the other way around. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone! The salon is spotlessly clean, the dresses are in a very nice condition and they have hundreds of dresses to choose from! I also got a gift bag with some goodies I couldn’t be happier, as I said Yes to my Man, I said yes to my Dress, and Yes to my Salon!

I had the most wonderful experience at Lula Ann Bridal yesterday! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and relaxed. Lauren, the associate who helped me, was absolutely fantastic. She really listened to what I was looking for and guided me with such patience, kindness and expertise. Thanks to Lauren, I found my dream dress! Something I never thought would happen so smoothly. I cannot recommend Lula Ann enough!! The ladies there are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable. I was so nervous walking into the shop having not tried any dresses on before but by the time I’d tried on my first dress the nerves were completely gone! They contacted me prior to my appointment to discuss dresses and had 5 of my favourites out ready to try on. The dress I said yes to was actually the first one I tried on! The ladies really know what they’re doing! They stock so many beautiful dresses and it was a close call between 4 dresses. The whole experience was just amazing. The Pina colada is a must! I had the most incredible experience today with Lauren! From the moment I walked into this stunning bridal boutique, I instantly felt at ease. I came in with zero idea of what style I was looking for and was feeling so overwhelmed, but Lauren and her lovely colleague (so sorry I didn’t catch your name!) made the entire process feel effortless and enjoyable. Lauren took the time to help me discover what I actually liked, guiding me with so much patience and care. She made what could have been a stressful day feel exciting, fun, and truly special. The boutique itself is such a gem, and the little touches, like the cocktails for me and my girls, made the whole experience even more memorable. I am so pleased with the service I received from Lula Ann Bridal. Prosecco and bucks fizz served with every experience. Wonderful staff thank you. My dress had so many compliments with how different it was and told I looked like a Greek goddess. I cannot thank the staff enough with helping me to say yes to the dress!

I came into the boutique back in October and I had a very strong idea of what I wanted for my bridal dress. The very lovely Rosie was very patient and great with her knowledge in selecting a few dresses to try on. One in particular caught my eye and I purchased it. I would like to say thank you for the wonderful service that I was given, not only in the buying phase but also when I came back to pick up my dress. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. When it came to the day I had so many compliments about my dress and I felt truly beautiful in it.

From enquiring if a dress I liked the look of was stocked in store. To booking a trying on session. The meet and greet by the team. Stepping in and out of each dress. The conversation with Rosie making me feel at ease about being in my smalls in front of a stranger and finally until leaving the store having said yes to my dress. The first I tried one I on and every member of staff made me feel so welcome and special. Even the jokes about finding coffee shops for after. The team at Lula Ann Bridal have been amazing and I cannot thank them all enough!
