Price bit higher than other places in Coventry road. Most of the staff are not professional at all. on last visit asked one of lady for the Hijab and abaya just showing but with no good manner. Good is big shop plenty of item

I visited this store hoping to find a book to guide me through the rituals and practices of Umrah. When I asked for assistance, the staff member couldn’t have been less interested—he simply pointed to the book section without offering any further help or guidance. Feeling dismissed, I left and went to a smaller Islamic shop just a few doors down, where the staff were far more attentive and helpful. They not only guided me to the right book but also provided additional advice and recommendations. I won’t be returning here again; customer service matters, especially when people come seeking knowledge about their faith.

I got different types of services in 2 different days I went shopping here, perfumes.I like the perfumes good price & decent smells,I liked first time service of staff, but didn't liked at all second time of service of staff,was to poor on communication.I have to mention it was different people on staff both occasions I went there, but yeah can tell, some people have naturally manners for this job, some have no clue about the job they are doing
