I had a very disappointing experience with Dua Boutique. After returning an item, I was owed a refund but it took them over a month to return my money. I had to send them a formal letter threatening legal action before they finally issued the refund. I initially left a negative review about the situation, and instead of addressing the issue properly, they called me asking to remove the review. This kind of response shows a lack of professionalism. While I eventually got my money back, the process was unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

I ordered 2 months ago and been chasing for weeks where is my outfit apparently the staff left and management badly managed orders I keep messaging and calling them they won’t get back to me really poor customer service. There wastap is a mangers by some random new staff who doesn’t respond how can they leave there business in the hands of irresponsible staff.
