I recently visited Fareed Hussain Fashion Shop, and while we did face a minor issue with my order at first, I have to say the customer service was exceptional. The team handled the situation quickly and professionally, and they ensured everything was sorted to my satisfaction. As for the dress, it’s absolutely gorgeous—perfect fit, great quality, and stylish design. I’m really happy with my purchase and the overall experience. Will definitely be shopping here again!

I popped in today just expecting a typical shopping trip, but I was honestly blown away by the amazing service I received from one of your team members, Fareen. She couldn’t have been more helpful, she took the time to show me each item and even looked up the exact measurements to make sure everything was just right. It really felt like a personalised service, and on top of that, she was so friendly and lovely to chat to. Fareen truly made the whole experience special. She’s an absolute credit to your team, and I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Would not recommend this shop at all, the owner has no respect for women, whether they be customers or his own workers. The quality and price of the clothes doesn't even make me consider purchasing for them again. Just a no all-rounder.

Wouldn’t ever shop from here. Been buying outfits from them for a while and unfortunately last week we brought an outfit and the back half of the kameez shrunk by more than 3inches, the outfit hadn’t been worn. Took it back to the shop and experienced unprofessionalism, they wouldn’t exchange the outfit let alone give partial refund. We spoke to the man himself as the manager wasn’t calling him and faced nothing but unprofessional behaviour. Ended up leaving the suit there and got no refund so was in double loss. Would never buy from such people with the carpets quality of clothes with no value for money

I purchased a beautiful £130 outfit last year in store for a family wedding and recently ordered my Eid clothes through their WhatsApp number, as I don’t live nearby. The store regularly shares outfit updates via WhatsApp stories, which I’ve found helpful as a remote customer. However, a recent interaction made me uncomfortable. After I replied to one of their WhatsApp stories with a simple "Eid Mubarak" - as I’ve done before with businesses I’ve supported. I received a reply but later a photo that felt inappropriate, a casual photo of the business owner that didn’t feel suitable for customer exchange. I’ve since deleted the conversation, as I felt discomfort, but felt it was worth sharing this experience. It also helped me understand why a few previous reviewers mentioned discomfort working for or engaging with this business. The outfits are elegant and well-made, and my past shopping experience with the product itself has been positive. That makes it even more disappointing to have this kind of unprofessional interaction. I hope the feedback is taken seriously. I am a WIFE and mother and someone who is familiar in customer experience I value respectful, appropriate communication. Shortly after, whilst writing this review in fact, I received a random product video, without any acknowledgment of what had occurred - which felt dismissive. I hope your behaviour changes for the better, as not every woman will remain silent about experiences like this.

Love their shop and their clothes. well organised everything, staff is so nice and respectful as the owner. I always love their designs and materials. Highly recommended.
