I made an order online on Tuesday to collect in store it was a present for my son, for his birthday on so needed it asap, so I called customer services on the Wednesday to change my order to next day delivery, but it was all a day ready to collect in store, the man I spoke to when I called customer services was very helpful and polite, so I felt I needed to leave a good review to say thank you for your help. I will definitely be a returning customer as a quality of good where very good and I know my son will be very happy with his birthday present. Many thank to ONU Nadine.

A massive shout out to BAZ the brummie fan. He actually got a colleague to try an Aquascutum Harrington style Jacket on for me and then advised me to get the XXXL size. The delivery was by DPD and it went very smoothly. The jacket fits perfectly so thank you BAZ for your experience and knowledge on the sizing considering it was all done on the phone..I hope Birmingham go up for you mate

I had purchased a cap from here. It was unused as I decided to exchange it which clearly states on the receipt within my rights. These conning company decided to refuse to exchange or refund it. Highly recommend do not buy from here. They will promise one thing and do another thing.

Have used this store a few times previously. Recently went to the store and purchased a Burberry Belt. The staff are great and engaging in great conversation. Went home and was not happy with the size so I went back the next day, they were really helpful and replaced the belt immediately. Great service guys 🙂

Purchased a belt and returned it (with return slip) to the address given with purchase. After a week of it being delivered and nothing I contacted them and they informed me they had given out the wrong address and needed to update the paperwork on the returns slip given with items. I never got a refund (£100+) and still chasing it up with royal mail.
