CJC Furniture

Ordered our Garden Furniture today and they called me up to deliver it for Wednesday, but they managed to squeeze it in same day. From order to deliver was around an hour, honestly probably one of the best services I've ever received.

We just purchased this garden furniture from CJC Furniture and it's amazing set. Very well made, looks really nice and very comfortable. Also, very nice service and fast delivery. People very nice and helpful. Highly recommend

Really disheartened to see that the flat pack furniture is not labelled, so unfortunately you will need to pay extra for the fitting! Also there were footprints all over the cupboard and a broken door mirror. Which was sad, as the quality of the furniture is actually really solid and we purchased it at a good price. At first, the staff did not handle our complaint well and kept rudely talking over us, shouting, and cutting the phone! However the manager came out personally to deliver the new door and to apologise, which we really appreciated, and he assured us he will speak to his staff and the supplier regarding the lack of labelling and handling (broken mirror).

I recently purchased a sofa for my new apartment from CJC Furniture and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and the delivery was prompt and hassle-free. The customer service team was also very helpful and attentive. I’ll definitely consider them for my future furniture needs.

Excellent service! Can’t fault them. Went in store to select a sofa they were patient with me as I was very indecisive with the selection process (I went to the store 3 times). Finally decided. Sadly due to busy Christmas period the sofa took a while to come. But I was updated throughtout and as soon as they had received the sofa at the store they got it to me by 1pm. Drivers were so nice. The communication, the professionalism 10/10! Thank you so much

Applied for finance ,accepted 11 òclock and sofa delivered 6pm ! Great customer service over the phone on any occasion I called to ask questions. Dave was polite and arranged the delivery of my sofa. They 2 guys that delivered my sofa done this with great care and in a quick manor. AND FINALLY the sofa ! I had the Molly corner sofa with pullout bed and lots of storage. Worth every penny. we absolutely love the sofa and I think the photos need to highlight the graphite colour more in detail as its stunning. Friends and family have all complimented my sofa. I Would and have highly recommended this store to others and would happily use this store again in the future. Merry Christmas!
