Cookes Furniture - Birmingham

Alex and James delivered our new bed this morning after giving us a call 1/2hr before they arrived, they were true to their word and arrived on time. They were courteous, polite and friendly and asked if they should remove their shoes on entering my house. They were quick and efficient in removing our old bed and just as quick with the new one. Asked me to check when they had finished which I did and was very happy with their work. Highly recommend these 2 lads. Service from Cooke’s themselves was first class.

We purchased a "stressless" leather 3 piece suite from Cookes. The salesperson. Joanna, was extremely good at helping us to make a final decision after showing us several possible choices and explaining the details of each one. The delivery staff, Andy and Abe, were very efficient and careful when bringing the suite into the house. The quality of the furniture is 1st class. Again, Andy and Ade were courteous and very helpful. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Cookes.

What a great delivery, on time and fantastic delivery people. Phil and James were most polite took off shoes, positioned the furniture and took away the packing what more could you ask for if all shop delivery’s had such a good team no one would ever complain. Lovely showroom. We saw the suite we liked very early on and with the help of Paul we decided on fabric choice. No sales pressure just left alone to choose with assistance when we needed it. Furniture came in for delivery faster than quoted and delivery date arranged. Delivery drivers Phil and James were excellent, the suite didn’t touch the sides, placed in our lounge in the position we requested, feet attached and job done. Thank you very much. So pleased with our new dining table and chairs. From beginning to end the service has been excellent. Chris in the showroom took his time showing us all the different options without being pushy. I was given a good idea of delivery times and was given notice when they were on the way. Phil, James and Aaron did a fantastic job assembling the furniture on delivery, even returning when requested to make some small adjustments. Thank you 🙂

Absolutely outstanding service from the moment I walked into the showroom with Lisa helping with the varied options I had in mind, through to the delivery by two gents called Phil and James. I ordered two beds and mattresses, I am so pleased with them great quality and build and look fabulous. It was a delight to do business with Cookes.
