Cousins Furniture Birmingham Store

I went to the store a few months ago looking for bar stools and dining chairs for my new extension, which was being built. I absolutely loved the store, it is full of beautiful furniture for every room in the house (I could spend days whole day in there just looking around !) Chris, the manager, spent absolutely ages with me, asking lots of questions and patiently showing me all the options, and letting me try them out for comfort. He also gave me some great ideas too. I left with his business card and called him today, Chris remembered me and was really helpful in taking the order over the phone and arranging delivery to suit my schedule . Highly recommend the store and Chris for high quality products with exceptional service!

I’ve been a customer of Cousins for some years and have excellent service, especially from Lee. Sofas are especially high quality with a wide range of price and options. It’s especially helpful to have such a wind range on display so you can try them out. This beats online retailers. I think quality is generally better than more budget focused stores.
