Today I bought 2 beds from J.D furniture and a standing mirrors brilliant service would recommend to buy from them.
AVOID - SCAMMERS & LIARS. Purchased a trampoline for my daughter's birthday 29th July then was told that they didn't actually have it in stock and they would refund me. Chased up over and over again and they kept telling me that the refund had been issued and sending screen grabs of fake refund documents but still nothing. Finally opened a dispute with my bank and then HSBC told me that they had issued the refund 8th August after being chased by them. I now have to wait until 13th August for the funds to hit my account and my daughter won't have a birthday present on time.
Bought a single fold-out bed I saw advertised via fb marketplace, from JD Furniture. It was £90 cheaper there than the same style and colour available from a highstreet brand. Great quality, no imperfections. Communication was good on messenger (although I didn't get an answer from the phone number given) Service in store was friendly and relaxed. Happy with purchase.
