Lee Longlands

I was looking for amazing wardrobes, and Lee Longlands in Birmingham was just the ticket, they had a good number of modern and stylish models available in many sizes and finishes, the member of staff in bedrooms was very helpful and knowledgeable, I will be going back to buy one

Ordered a table and chairs last August 2024 in Derby, quality product, it was eventually delivered in November 2024 ( white glove service ) who failed to put the table together properly resulting in not being able to able to open the extendable sections, after a lot of communication on our part and very little from Lee Longlands, we were eventually told in January 2025 we would receive a new dining suite, march came and no suite as promised, May 2025 another promise still nothing!!! Eventually we received our dining suite in June 2025 (as they only deliver to Derby on certain days) Unbelievable after all the the upset , time endured trying to get answers, time off work to try and rectify problem and not a single apology or offer of compensation ( that was offered in November 2024).. Sadly would never use this company again..

Exceptional quality beds and bedroom furniture at Lee Longlands on the Lower Ground floor, lots of different styles and finishes offered and the service is top notch.

Just had two settees, and table and ottoman delivered by Tony and Will and they were brilliant. Nightmare for them trying to move the three seater settee into the front room but they managed it really well. Ron at Abingdon was brilliant as well, and the customer service team seem really nice. Would absolutely recommend Lee Longhands.

Purely for the welcome, amazing selection and relaxed sales approach. Four floors (incl beds, rugs and carpets) of a terrific selection of furniture, all very good quality and very good prices. We were offered a drink and there was helpful knowledge provided when needed. We aren't quite in a position to purchase but when we are, we will certainly return. Thank you for the perfect balance of customer service.

Time and time again my family and I have returned to leelong lands . I have always purchased with full confidence. At sale times there some real bargains to. Caters for all styles and taste.

Some really good pieces of furniture in this shop - we've walked past it many times but were quite impressed when we finally had a reason to go in. Customer service is fine, although the only issue we had was a delay in delivery, but this is due to the many distributors and companies that Lee Longlands work with (more of a chain/communication/logistics issue depending on where the stock is). Whenever I gave them a call they would do their best to follow up. If you don't mind a slight wait for a better quality item, I would recommend it. If timing is an issue for you, you might want to check out other options. The sofas we ordered arrived safely, delivered by Richard and Alan, who were excellent. Many thanks!
