I've read a few bad reviews, my experience has been very positive from start to end. Ordered 3 cupboards that were delivered without any issues. Customer service from everyone including from delivery chaps was great. Thank you Levine's, it came as recommendation from a friend (also had a good experience)

I purchased a 3+2 recliner set about 18 months ago. The stitching on 2 of the recliners started to come undone. When I called them out about it they said it was my fault and wouldn’t fix it. Since then the 2 seater is totally broken and I now have to buy new sofas! I would NEVER use them again. We had a new carpet at the same time and the fitters were SO rude they literally had me in tears! I’d have given no stars if I could

Basically we liked another set of Sofa from bfs and then on our way of confirming the order next day, we visited Levines just to see whether there was any we liked, just in case... And we found something that was way much better than our expectations here though it was more expensive as well. Overall, it was a real good buy.

Appalling customer service, gave them exact measurements and they still gave me a sofa too big. When trying to contact them, they completely ignore and deny. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS,ONCE FHEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE

i don't no about everyone how their experience go I went in here for the first time checked almost everything lot of things there's all type of furniture so it's like a maze but I found something I loved which was a recliner sofa very comfortable an does what you need it to do like I said they have all different types so choose which suits you best from size and price range I'm happy with my purchase the delivery guys got everything in nice and tidy set it up and let us know aswel if we're dissatisfied or anything you can call back to the store so overall very nice experience like I said I can't speak for everyone this is my personal experience of my first time here.

We ordered a replacement sofa for mom and after a long wait we finally got it delivered this morning. They are really very plush and comfortable and the reclining feature will come in useful. After a long time in the showroom we got a really good deal on this sofa set. It was worth the wait. I want to give a big shout out to the two delivery men who not only set up the sofas but also removed the old ones for us. They both deserve big tips.Thank you guys !
