I went to diamond heaven to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I was greeted by Baseem who was very professional and polite which made me want to wait for him as he had customers with him already and seems to be very popular. I was pleasantly surprised at how professional Bas was and how knowledgeable he was. My girlfriend and I had an idea of what we were looking for but after speaking with Bas who kindly and patiently explained all the things to look out for when buying diamonds. I knew he had vast experience from the way he handled us from start to finish. Due to his customer service and knowledge we bought an engagement ring and also our wedding bands.
