I bought some jewellery from them a few weeks ago. When I was there with my wife and a friend, the customer service was okay. We managed to settle on a final price after few negotiation. That said, I did find it a bit concerning that the receipt they provided didn’t include their business address or look like a proper invoice. It felt a little off, especially considering you'd expect a formal receipt from any reputable business, regardless of whether you paid by cash or card. What’s been bothering us more though is how they treat my wife whenever she visits with her female friend. Every time they go, the staff who are mainly males seem unusually rude—and during their last visit, the behaviour was completely out of line when they tried to negotiate a price for a ring. This isn’t how a business should operate. Respect should be shown to everyone male or female and regardless of whether a purchase is made. Common courtesy shouldn’t depend on closing a sale. Also, common sense should tell you that your main customers are likely to be women. If you can't be professional and show some courtesy perhaps this isn't the trade for you

Watch out for this worker his really intimidating, and thuggery not professional at all when arrived with a problem with my wife bracelet was throwing around, on the phone, business is nothing to them never recommend and never go again lost for words the more I describe I can go on and on honestly guys don’t spend your monies were your not appreciated go spend it were someone who will appreciate it you and the monies.

Aqib served us on arrival. I am very fussy and hard to please however he managed to find me 2 necklaces which I loved and ended up buying. It was a successful shop and I was left very pleased. The customer service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for gold to shop here.
